Recipe: Healthy Flour-Free Lactation Cookies


Don’t be confused by the title/name of the cookie. It is still delicious and basically tastes like a chewy, chocolate chip, oatmeal cookie. It is so delicious! Click to try out this healthy flour-free lactation cookies recipe!

What Lactation means is that this cookie helps mothers produce milk when they are breastfeeding. Honestly, I’m not breast feeding, but I ate a few myself because they are so delicious and trust me, it’s not some cookie that is forbidden to males or something.

My sister asked me to make her some and I decided that I would make a healthier version because just because it’s good for you, doesn’t mean that there aren’t recipes out there that utilize butter, sugar, flour, etc.

This recipe is free of: Flour, eggs, butter, and refined sugar. It is gluten free as well.

Fudgy Flourless Vegan Microwave Brownie

New Recipe: Creamy Avocado (& Tomato) Noodles

Place: In the Kitchen

It’s been a while since I’ve put up a recipe … in fact it’s been a while since I’ve had spiralized noodles. But I figured, since this one worked and it was so easy and simple to make with ingredients that are commonly held in the home, I should put it down. I’ve cooked and baked a lot the past year (some pics on instagram and others on my facebook). It’s only too bad that I didn’t jot down how to make them or what not. But since I started this blog because of my fascination with consuming raw vegan foods, I should put this one up.photo 1 (1)Now, I’m not going to lie, I added chicken breast into this as well since I had to eat that, but this was a good way to cleanse after eating so much bread lately … Had a blueberry smoothie afterward which is so simple to make and delicious as well~

Day 3 – What Drives Your Life?

Mood:  “That was a good breakfast” (yea that’s not a mood, but Idk how I was feeling)

Disclaimer: I basically am double posting because these 40 Day posts are also in my Study Abroad blog.

Point to Ponder: Living on purpose is the path to peace.

I wonder if I will be embarrassed later on for sharing these and being so vulnerable; however, I feel like if I really want change and if I really want to radiate God’s light from me, this is the least that I could do as well as always trying to live a life that God would be proud of.
But then again, I don’t really expect anybody to watch these and listen to me LOL – how boring would that be. It’s really for me and my future family anyways.
