Berry Sweet Green Smoothie

What’s even better is that it doesn’t taste like the fibrous Kale. So, you get all the nutrition (especially that vitamin A) while still satisfying that sweet tooth!


You will need:

–  A Blender

– About 2 Cups or 2 Stems of Kale (Depends on how much nutrition you want and how “green-tasting” you want it)

– A Banana (I used a frozen banana)

– 1-2 Cups of Mixed Frozen Berries (Mine were raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries)

– 1 Cup of Almond Milk (Can add more if you want a creamier, thicker taste)


  1. Puree the Frozen Berries, Banana, and Milk first until it is a thick, chunky texture
  2. Add in the Kale and blend until you get a thick, creamy consistency
