So, I woke up SORE! hahaha my back was sore and so were my legs. I felt little motivation to exercise today, but knew that that was the fatal trap I ALWAYS fall into. Starting something strong and then going like eh forget it. I’d rather be happy. Happy? Really? Happy? I know that I ain’t gona be happy if I succumb to my temptations of overeating and being lazy by watching movies etc.
So, I did it. I did day 3. BUT, I didn’t really feel like doing the sexy chair dance because it felt a bit raunchy and scandalous for me. Then, the other sexy abs workout felt too much like pilates and I just wanted to dance! So, I did the Mobility (1x), Tabata Workout (1x), and the Hip Hop Pop (2x), and now I’m going to finish off with Day 4 Blogilates Beginners. Then, I’ll try to learn Keaira LaShae’s Frankie Dance and maybe go for a jog in the gym.
I am sweating like crazy right now. Felt tired at first, but now that I’m sweating and exercising, I’m just plain having fun! It feels great! Real proud of myself 🙂
Hopefully, I can continue to push myself. Got to remember that I am doing this for myself!
I was given all of these raw materials from God, so might as well not abuse my body and work well to become a finished good. Currently a Work in Progress! 🙂
