Seriously, what’s helping me stick with this is blogging about this. I can’t lie about doing it or cheat myself out of this when I’m doing this for myself.
I noticed that my legs got jigglier and bigger since I didn’t exercise all day today and so the muscle I guess is sort of becoming fat?
But anyways, I forced myself to work out anyways before sleeping. I finished a little before midnight so yesss still completed day 4 successfully! I feel great as usual. Going to go take a shower and while I wait for my hair to dry, check out her videos on juicing. I heard that juicing isn’t good for you actually, but I’m still curious I guess. I don’t think I’d be able to do it for that long.
I made a nice SWAG SAUCE (okay it’s really RAW VEGAN RANCH DRESSING ish) and it was awesomee so I’ll be posting that later.
Anyways, highly suggest people do this cause it’s moderately easy to stick with (so far at least).

Finally made an instagram after resisting for so long. (didn’t want to get addicted) I can see why people have it though. It’s kind of like a diary of photos (if I continue to take pics of things I do rather than just food that I make.)

These are just SO GOOD whether you eat it with rice, noodles, or by themselves! Usually this is made with beef too, but I prefer eating the eggs anyways, so I made this without the beef. I understand that this is definitely a dish that not only Koreans enjoy! Try it out!

So, I woke up SORE! hahaha my back was sore and so were my legs. I felt little motivation to exercise today, but knew that that was the fatal trap I ALWAYS fall into. Starting something strong and then going like eh forget it. I’d rather be happy. Happy? Really? Happy? I know that I ain’t gona be happy if I succumb to my temptations of overeating and being lazy by watching movies etc.
So, I did it. I did day 3. BUT, I didn’t really feel like doing the sexy chair dance because it felt a bit raunchy and scandalous for me. Then, the other sexy abs workout felt too much like pilates and I just wanted to dance! So, I did the Mobility (1x), Tabata Workout (1x), and the Hip Hop Pop (2x), and now I’m going to finish off with Day 4 Blogilates Beginners. Then, I’ll try to learn Keaira LaShae’s Frankie Dance and maybe go for a jog in the gym.
I am sweating like crazy right now. Felt tired at first, but now that I’m sweating and exercising, I’m just plain having fun! It feels great! Real proud of myself 🙂
Hopefully, I can continue to push myself. Got to remember that I am doing this for myself!
I was given all of these raw materials from God, so might as well not abuse my body and work well to become a finished good. Currently a Work in Progress! 🙂
So I just completed my 2nd day of the 21 Day Challenge by Keaira LaShae.
Seriously this woman has so much swag and is just so awesome and fun to work out with. It doesn’t even feel like I’m working out mentally. It’s like not a strain. It’s fun thank the Lord. I’m sweating a happy sweat not a stressed one yesss
But, second day felt easier for me workout wise, probably because I didn’t swim beforehand. However, I still feel like dancing so I’m going to check out other videos and maybe do some pilates.
My overall thought is really how does she booty pop so easily. It’s pretty tough. Gotta practice that.
Part of the reason I’m doing this is also because I want to learn how to dance, so hopefully this will give me some basics in a fun manner 🙂
Results thus far? Yes! It’s probably thanks to swimming for over an hour last night plus not eating late plus doing Day 1 and 2 Blogilates videos afterward. My face bloatness went down a bit and my mom even noticed as well. I drank lots of water as well.
Hydration is a must! Drank 2 bottles this morning before I ate, and now drank over 140 oz of water and it’s still only 11 am!

So I have officially started Keaira LaShae’s 21 Day Challenge dancing/fitness/workouts thing today.
I have completed Day 1, and feel amazing!
Worked up a sweat and what’s even more awesome about this is that I think I’ll actually stick to it cause I don’t feel like it’s a workout. It’s fun. It’s dancing, she’s hip, etc. hey!
I totally recommend this. Going to update if I see any improvements. Obviously, I’m going to try to lessen my portions, (as I already eat moderately to ultimately healthy foods) but we’ll see about that for now. It’s so difficult ><
Also, I swam for an hour today, so yay!
I understand that there are many variations of this out on the website, but the recipe I have is one that uses less ingredients than most, but still tastes as delicious if not better! This is the perfect thing to eat whether it be alone or as a side-dish with rice/noodles. Try it out!
